Strong Password Generator is built around a single privacy promise: your passwords never leave your device.

What we collect

Nothing about the passwords you generate. Password generation happens entirely in your browser. Generated passwords are not transmitted to any server, not logged, and not stored by us.

Local storage

For convenience, your preferences (password length and which character types are enabled) are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data never leaves your browser and can be cleared at any time by clearing your site data.

Clipboard

When you click a generated password to copy it, it is written to your clipboard with your browser's permission so you can paste it where needed. We have no access to your clipboard contents.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to measure aggregate traffic — for example, page views, referrers, approximate country, and device or browser type. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and collects no personally identifying information. Like everything else here, it never has access to any password or passphrase you generate.
